Voice Concepts engineers were amongst the first to install Avaya Contact Centre systems and have continued to be at the forefront of Avaya Red and Avaya Blue (formally Nortel) Contact Centre developments.

There are in excess of 30,000 Avaya Blue (formally Nortel) Contact Centre operations in the real world of competitive enterprises. Voice Concepts skilled engineers ensure that each Voice Concepts Avaya BlueContact Centre always functions at optimum performance levels.

We are also able to offer a full range of Avaya Meridian and Avaya Product Training for Technicians, Call Centre Supervisors and Call Centre Agents.

Aligned to Voice Concepts own internal professional resource, our network of vendor Partners extends throughout the globe, which allows Voice Concepts to provide support, maintenance and to develop services across all platforms.
